Description: Although now 27 years old my caravan is clean and well equipped for a comfortable exchange stay on a French campsite. The caravan is stored just over two Kilometers from the ovely town of Chateau Gontier in the Mayenne Department of france, halfway between Laval and Angers. There is an attractive and quiet riverside camp site within one kilometer from the storage facility and the town of Chateau Gontier is within walking distance along a very pleasant riverside path which has private access to the caravan site - the caravan is fully roadworthy. The caravan has all basic items including, Aquaroll, Waste water containers and has been recently rewired to include two new French standard mains sockets. The interior layout of the van has large and small interchangeable tables which convert into a very good sized, comfortable double bed. There is a good sized end kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and stainless steel sink with electric and foot powered floor pump. There is a small toilet compartment with washhand basin and portaloo. There is plenty of storage space including overhead lockers and underseat compartments. The heating and lighting is by electricity. You will need to bring bedding, towels, and an EHU cable..... we only have one cable that we bring back to the UK as we normally visit once a year and at other times use it at home here in the UK. Any user of the caravan would be required to respect it, and leave it in a clean and tidy condition as they would expect to find it! Description: We are a couple in our late forties, non smokers with no children or pets. We have recently bought a new Cosalt 2-bedroom static caravan (2008) sited on Looe Bay Holiday Park in South East Cornwall. The caravan is fully equiped and has one double bedroom and one twin bedded room, it also has a fold out double bed in the lounge. We don't want to rent out the caravan but would be happy to allow other caravan owners to use it, as we feel you are more likely to look after it. We would certainly look after your caravan as if it were our own. The Holiday park is about a mile from Looe and has a good bus service into the town. Busses also go from the park to Polperro, Liskeard and Plymouth. The park has a nice bar and restaurant (with reasonable prices), a heated indoor swimming pool, entertainment and free WiFi internet access. South East Cornwall is a lovely area for walkers and families as it has the South West coast path, many beautiful beaches and a variety of other attractions such as the Eden Project (about 15 miles away). The caravan is situated in a quiet part of the site yet very close to all the amenities (4 pools - 1 with flume, 2 clubs, quiet bar, restaurant, take-away, shop, play areas, mini golf) so is ideal for lively family holidays or just a quiet relaxing break.
